Many times I have seen that people do mistakes in writing even I do this too. It is a natural phenomenon of a person. Proofreading is a solution for it. Just check your content by below tips and make sure that your content is typo free-
• Use spell checker and tools- Many tools are programs are available on internet which can help you in this case. You can remove spelling errors and grammatical mistakes which you have made.
• Read loud- Reading loud will activate one more sense of yours- ears. So probability of catching a typo will increase by doing this.
• Read backward- whenever you read a content by which you are familiar then your mind will automatically remind the next coming word. In that case you will not be able to catch a typo. To avoid this situation you can start reading from backside then it will not be able to imagine the next word.
• Ask any other person to proofread this for you- If you are writing any content then your mind will always see that content as a writer point of view. As you have written that content your mind will automatically remind the conclusion of that line. You can’t read that like reading a first time. So it is better to ask any other person to proofread that for you.
